Vestis Capital Partners provides real estate investment services for both private and institutional investors throughout the Carolinas and the Southeast, with a particular focus on office and retail properties. We offer a wide range of investment services including acquisition and disposition brokerage, 1031 exchange advisement, troubled asset solutions, as well as development of strategic capital partnerships.

Vestis Capital Partners’ comprehensive investment valuation and sales analysis tools provide our clients with traditional valuations, discounted cash flows, performance measurement, portfolio analysis, financial reports, and returns on investments. We provide our clients with cash flow reports and forecasts using a lease-by-lease modeling method with market assumptions.
LEADERSHIP
Drew Eller is President and Founder of Vestis Capital Partners. With over 10 years of experience, Drew has developed an exceptional knowledge of investment markets throughout the Southeast. His extensive background allows him the ability to develop comprehensive investment strategies designed to maximize client’s returns. During his career, Drew has participated in transactions totaling in excess of $200,000,000.
Drew’s knowledge and experience within the marketplace as well as his exceptional analytical abilities for valuation, financial, operating data, and underwriting assets have proven invaluable to his clients.
Drew grew up in Lexington, NC and relocated to the Triangle in 2004. Early in life he was drawn to real estate development and investment. He holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
Drew is an avid supporter of Habit For Humanity and spends his spare time golfing, playing tennis, buying and restoring homes, traveling, and attending UNC athletic events.
