This is accompanied by a digital repository of due diligence documents, including a cash flow pro forma designed to present investors the most positive and realistic future performance of the asset.
Property-Specific Website: Development of a property-specific website offering a presentation of the opportunity, the ability for prospective investors to execute confidentiality agreements electronically and gain instant access to offering information. The link to the website is placed on all marketing materials to give prospects the ability to readily access additional information.
Asset Exposure: Direct contact with principal investors is paramount with every asset we sell. As such, we develop a buyer profile specific to each asset and directly target those investors with opportunities that fit their profile. Our vast network of investors is complimented by our partnerships with a wide array of online listing and marketing services.
Due Diligence Vault: A private and confidential digital vault is created for secure control and access to property information for pre-qualified parties.
